Today is a special day....I have been in Australia for one month now! Here is a quick update of my August travels to date:
- Scuba Dived at the Great Barrier Reef
- Held a koala, held a snake, fed a kangaroo, played a didgeridoo
- Rooted on the Sydney Swans during an AFL game
- Deep Sea Fishing.....reeled in a guppie!
- Visited the Sydney Aquarium.....saw much larger guppies!
- Surfed at Bondi Beach
- Paid homage to Heath Ledger
- Hiked at the Blue Mountains
- Mountain Biked around Manly Beach and its trails
- Took a Sydney Harbour Cruise
- Ate Crocodile, Emu, and Kangaroo
- Paid homage to Steve Irwin
- Luna Park - Amusement Park in downtown Sydney
- Roamed the grounds of the 2000 summer Olympics....pre-Michael Phelps
